Some Fire Risk Assessors offer a luxury service at a luxury price. They spice up their reports with glossy superfluous photographs. Others pepper their documents with fancy colour plans or even include deliciously tempting special offers claiming massive discounts on (often unnecessary) extinguishers or fire alarms.
We work rather differently:-
We are a small team of fire safety professionals situated in London and serving the south east England area. Our main aim is to provide a first class service at sensible prices. In order to keep our prices low, we cut down on unnecessary gimmicks and operate with the minimum of overheads.
 We offer value for money, no nonsense, bespoke Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) which cover all aspects of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
We do not usually include photographs in our FRAs, as we hope you already know what your building looks like! Similarly, you’ll find no plans (unless absolutely necessary) and we do not offer special discounted rates to persuade you to buy unnecessary fire safety equipment.
Our Fire Risk Assessment reports are printed in plain English, predominantly in black and white and are presented in a loose leaf folder to enable amendments to be easily added.
The contents include: an index, a summary of significant findings, a risk matrix, an action plan, and an emergency plan. In addition, there is a ‘Notice to Enforcers’ section, which explains our FRA process/document to your local Fire Service Inspecting Officer
